Why Tantalium

Yes, of course! I do prefer a personal introduction. But I’m also aware that in this age of time that’s not always possible or efficient. But what I can do is introduce myself and Tantalium by sharing my main beliefs, norms and values. Because if there is ‘a match’ or ‘click’ on that level than I’m certain that we can look forward to a sustainable long term collaboration.

Some personal characteristics, which also form the basis of Tantalium, are:
-
The well-being of people and society is of great importance to me. That is why I donate to charities, foundations or other initiatives with a social interest.
-
Working with people for people gives me energy.
-
Whatever I do, I do it with the utmost respect to one another.
-
High quality deliverables are achieved by keeping a complete overview and keeping the common good and the primary objective in mind.
-
Transparency (an open, honest attitude and appropriate communication style) is beneficial to all parties.

Keeps the main focus on the wellbeing of people (e.g. project team members) to achieve the maximum result in process and product.

Realizes projects or business transitions
by opting the
most suitable
project management methodology and/or management style.

Excells in fact based and transparent communication
as well as
stakeholder
involvement.

Offers pragmatic ‘outside-the-box’ thinking which results in alternate perspectives on the subject at hand and always keeps an eye out for process efficiency improvements.
Hitherto the introduction of myself and Tantalium on key points. I hope it has provided some insight into what you can expect in terms of implementation methods and the approach of getting IT done.
As indicated I am looking forward to meet you in person so we can find out whether Tantalium can be of service to you in the (near) future. And if so, then rest asure that I'm ready to challenge you whenever possible on whatever subject because everyone deserves to be stimulated in their professional and personal development!

Sincerely,
Jeroen Voogsgeerd
